Thai fighters are just incredibly lean. They dont bloat up like boxers or mma fighters during their prime.

Buakaw was one of the lightest fighters in K-1 Max despite looking big compared to other fighters (He used to weigh the same as Mike Zambidis).

They fight 2 to 3 times a year jnstead of 10.

Slowly moving from 67 kg in 2004 to 70 kg in 2007. I think Kraus was also at 68 kg in 2004.

He only starts cutting weight again later in his career.
