GGG is not a can a quick reminder

He was beating a lot of top ranked middleweights, that's not can-crushing. Guys like Macklin and Murray who the division's no.1 (Sergio) had very tough fights with, even Rubio, Proksa, Curtis Stevens, Daniel Geale, and obviously Lemieux, those fighters were all either in the top 10 or just outside it when GGG annihilated them.

It's just that the division was pretty weak without many named fighters around until recently. Before Canelo being lineal middleweight champ, we had Cotto briefly and Sergio, and I don't think there's much doubt GGG would've walked through both those guys without any problems.
Top ranked cans are still cans.

All these boxers running from Errol Spence Jr.

Simple
Not sure any top 160 is going to flat out run from a guy who hasn't even fought at 154 before.

Also, Spence is the one who isn't locked into a tv deal or under a promotion right now, sure Haymon is his de-facto promoter, but he's not locked under the PBC deals so he could be seeking out a fight with Crawford right now but isn't. Is just trying to cash in on a ppv fight with Mikey Garcia who last fought at 135

GGG might be good but let's face it, Triple H was better.
