Hey

I just came back after an injury, and is boxing 3 days a week.

Training is typically: running, spar, bag, shadow boxing, drills.

I have been thinking of doing some circuit power training

Yep, I mean I am sure he is a great athlete and fighter and everything... but he is prompting absolutely zero '...no homo' remarks here.
 
Usually I’d say you ain’t gonna make it but you can do better than that TS. Go for a walk and do some push ups if you wanna look like that I guess.
 
What’s your diet? I suggest meeting with a nutritionist. If you’re not eating right, you’ll never reach your fitness goals.
