Fact: If GSP thought he could beat Woodley, he would fight him instead of avoiding him and his natural weight class for Ping and Conor.

GSP vs Woodley ain't happening .

If GSP were to fight (and beat) Woodley it just turns into Hendricks 2.0 where GSP's a pussy because he won't stick around to keep fighting the laundry list of fighters in line, he's got both feet out the door already let him have fun.

Woodley is finally starting to pick up steam as the champ, it's his turn to grind through the challengers and take the torch. The UFC needs to do their job and put some shine on Woodley.

Prime Hendricks was more well-rounded than Woodley, as was prime Penn. GSP beat both, and he beat Hendricks even while being the worst version of himself that we'd seen for over half a decade.

Hendricks was in no way more well rounded than Woodley.

I stated it before and frankly so did GSP. What's the value in fighting Woodley? He is not a draw, GSP retired the WW champ, it's not a needle mover from a legacy perspective and given Woodley is one of the lowest drawing UFC champs, GSP would be shoring up the event. Given GSP gets PPV points, it would hurt his pocket.

Other than the few rabid Woodley fans on this site that are convinced that Woodley could beat GSP, no one really gives a shit about this fight.

GSP could have fought and beat Nate diaz easily if he wanted a big payday and a very easy fight. Yet he turned that down flat...

And as an FYI, not once has GSP ever said specifically he wanted to fight McGregor. What he has said more than once is that he wanted to fight the winner of Khabib Conor. He also stated he felt Khabib would win.

Not sure how this translates into GSP campaigning for a fight with McGregor.
