Haven't Played Monster Hunter. I See MH: World is Coming to PC. Should I Get It?

Original Dark Souls came out almost a decade ago.

Not really. The Dark Souls PC port came out in 2012, console Dark Souls was released in 2011. Demon's was released in 2009, so that will be a decade next year. Hopefully we see a re-master and PC port of that though.

Anyway, the PC versions of Dark Souls 2 and 3 were solid, other than the issues that were just inherent of the games as they released.
