Help Appreciated: Giving Low Carb Paleo a Try.

However I think my recovery on this diet still is worse. Energy levels are at back to normal.

Trying to get this recipe at well above 1500 calories:

6 whole large eggs
half cup walnuts
some veggie (usually spinach with vinegar)
fish oil

its at just around 1500 calories now

any ideas besides shots of olive oil? Preffably trying to get a fat source.

Stick with it, I'm now finding recovery is at incredible levels. I mean the diet doesn't cure cancer, but I've found it amazing. Everyone is different.

And the 2 meal a day plan is something I think I'm going to try next week as my schedule will be all changed up. Seems easily achievable and given I need to remind myself to snack throughout the day to keep my cals up it's probably safer for me as a plan... will soon find out....

I'm going to stop with the low carb thing as I'm having trouble getting in adequate calories.

Just regular old paleo now. Gonna basically just add in yams/sweet potatoes pre and or post workout.
