Branko Cikatic "Croatian Tiger" ended up in hospital few months ago due to pulmonary embolism, sepsis. In hospital he developed severe hospital bacteria and decubitus wounds that did not heal yet therefore physical rehabilitation is impossible until Branko's condition is stabilised engouh to return home. With funds raised his family will have a chance to improve his medical condition and possibly bring him home where he would have full medical care and assistance.

Poor guy, God bless him! Let's fund, guys, please..

The fighter who knocked twice the second legend of K-1 Ernesto Hoost (after Semmy Schilt).

Not to judge the man, but Wasn't he also (allegedly) a dirty fighter and all around shady person when he was active?

So? Croatia had war and many more. He was tough but not a bad person. You are very judging him. You don"t want him to get help or what? Great champion

He was not a good person though, he cheated by intentionally harming his opponents. Doing bunny strikes can really harm someone and he was disqualified for doing that multiple times. I don't believe those actions should be taken against him in terms of supporting him in his dire need, but you can't say he wasn't a bad man.

Meh, that was the dark ages of fighting, he wasn't the only one doing dirty shit. He's earned that rep in the MMA community and somehow thats the only thing people can chime in with when he is brought up. Those moments didn't define his career however or him as an individual. It's fucked up that he's dealing with this health issue and I wish him the best.
