Notes: Squats got a lot easier when I realised I was going way too deep. Started cutting them a little higher and they got a lot easier. Pretty pumped to load 495 next week. Bench press was spectacular. It's really come together again. Failed the last rep of the second set of 260x8 about halfway up, but didn't feel like doing another set of 4 to make up for it. Should have gone 9 and 7 or 10 and 6. Feeling very strong. Stronger than ever. Training has come back together again. Now that everything is feeling good again, I'm going to smash a 350 bench soon.
