How long does it take for ___ to heal?

How many days does it take a strained wrist to heal? It was sore the day of the event that caused it. No swelling, no discoloration. Just a bit sore and enough to limit usage for carrying stuff or twisting door knobs.

What about a weird tingling ankle? I think it got weird while standing on one leg and having to adjust to not lose balance and fall, so may have gotten a bit stretched.

Tingling shit is often nerves. They can take any duration of time to heal or not.

Similar even after four weeks I could feel it a bit at certain positions or if I over twist it on purpose. Was completely ok after maybe 6 weeks.

2 days later, wrist strength is noticeably better, but still some twist pain after some ice and red LED 660nm light.

One week later, most of wrist pain is gone, but can't really (or don't dare to) twist/rotate like normal yet. Wrist is making knuckle cracking sounds, where I hope it's just gas releases like knuckles.
