How to get asylum and guaranteed lifelong financial aid in Sweden? Torch a synagogue

A new bizarre case for asylum in Sweden:

An Afghan was denied asylum and was about to be deported to Afghanistan. His reason for asylum was that he had killed a relative with a stone in a land dispute. This prompted the Swedish migration court to overturn the previous decision because he is now in danger from relatives that wants to avenge the victim.

So this killer is now given citizenship in Sweden together with his family.

oh man, gotta love leftists having to keep carrying the water for this guy with more developments.

This is a tough one, imo. I’m guessing here that Sweden has guidelines or laws about deporting people to dangerous countries, yes?

In a way, if they deport him they are morally responsible for what happens if they knowingly send him to his death. Death sentence for arson is a bit harsh.

On the other hand, he’s an antisemite and he probably will still be a threat to Sweden and jews once he gets out. Might even escalate to worse than arson if he has that kind of mindset.

I wouldn’t be bothered too much if he did get sent back however.

Fair point but it also sends a message that Israel is not a democracy and will punish a person in the Palestinian territories for something he has done in Sweden. It's a stretch to base a decision on that will only endanger Jews and citizens in Sweden.

Is it a democracy? Their history of extrajudicial killings sanctioned by the government would suggest otherwise.

Swedish court nixes deportation of Palestinian who firebombed synagogue

The socialist regime in Sweden has recognized the state of Palestine but thinks that Israel might do something to this antisemitic arsonist in a territory that Israel isn't even controlling, which means that this terrorist can stay in Sweden on tax payers dime and continue to be a threat to Jews and the rest of the society.

Here is a radical thought, if there is a concern that you might be at risk for consequences, don't torch a synagogue!

Thats not so much a Swedish problem. It´s more a consequence of having signed the human rights charter. Same thing happens in Denmark.

Some towelhead fuckwad commits a bunch of crimes. Ohh no, we can´t send him home. He might be tortured or get the death penalty. Human rights say no no.

I think Scandinavian countries should just leave the human rights charter all together. It was written in a different time and right now it mainly protects criminal immigrants in Europe.

What the fuck do I care if some rapist asshole is tortured or killed in his home country? Maybe that fucking retard should have behaved better in his new country.

Correct, they have a history of human rights violation. Sweden has recognized the Palestinian state as a sovereign country and as such, they should be able to control their own territories, otherwise, I think it's strange to recognize their statehood. So analogous with that, bye bye little arsonist.

Good point!

If a killer is so worried about his well-being, well perhaps he shouldn't have committed the crime in first place. Replace him with a real refugee that is law abiding and no one in their right mind should object.

@Son of Jamin I can’t follow your logic here. A state can be recognized, but still be a dangerous place to send someone to.

Imagine if Belgium rightfully invades the Netherlands. It would be a sovereign, recognized nation but also a dangerous place to send Dutch refugees back to.

Yeah the human rights charter needs a major revision or just countries opting out and making their own.

In Denmark we have "tålt ophold" for these fuckers and it´s definently not working. I say concrete shoes and helloooo north sea

I was not very coherent in my previous post.

One of the arguments for why Sweden recognized Palestine was its statehood and their government that can show forth both internal- and external control. If that was the case, then it shouldn't be a problem to deport a criminal to their territories they control.

Some random food for thoughts: Why would Sweden recognize Palestine but not Taiwan, Taiwan has democratic election, better control over their borders...

Virtue signaling. Israel is an easier enemy than China.

Always got a room waiting for you man. You are welcome to come stay :)

It would be nice if Israel did something about him anyways.

Update

One of the jurymen that was involved in the decision to not deport him to the Palestinian territories is a active in a radical left-wing party and also active in circles that are anti-Israel. He also happens to be convicted of extortion of Nestle back in the 80's. He threatened to poison their products if he they didn't give him money.

The Palestinian arsonist also lived in an apartment together with a politician from the same radical left-wing party as the juryman.

Truth in Absurdistan is stranger than fiction.

Or not , I think of the hoops we jumped through for 10 fucking years in order to extradite extremist preacher Abu Qatada to Jordan against dire predictions of torture and/or execution there and they ended up finding him not guilty , it felt rather anti-climatic .
