How to rehab Bayley and Becky Lynch as characters?

so the way to make people care about her is by putting her with a group that nobody cares about?

i realize the bullet club was a big thing in japan, but it is a total flop in wwe. it boggles my mind that anyone at any time were interested in gallows and anderson. and balor holds no interest for me either, although it seems he has a little more interest than the other two for the fans.
 
Saw something I kinda liked in the 6 woman tag on RAW last night. Bayley was being made fun of and snapped a bit. Could use this for a full heel turn where she just totally loses it and beats the crap out of anyone who looks at her sideways.
