Quick question if you wanted to mix in some kicks, knees and elbows in your shadowboxing sessions, would it be good to do:
Rd 1: movement, head movement, feints
Rd 2: just jab with movement, and head movement and using the right hand feints
Rd3: add hooks and uppercuts of course with movement and head movement and feints
Rd 4: add right hands and rear hooks (same as every other round)
Rd 5: add leg kicks, with feints to clinch knee's
Rd 6: add knees, with clinch entries (mimicking the clinch entries)
Rd 7: add elbows, with clinch entries.
Rd 8: everything
Is this good?
