How would Ubereem have fared against Blaydes, Ngannou, Stipe?

Good question.

1. Ngannou: Reem would still be physically superior, but even as UberReem he got tagged a lot like in the Werdum fight. Ngannou via T/KO.

2. Blaydes: Blaydes gets the Brock treatment. Reem via T/KO.

3. Stipe: Stipe is the better boxer, but Reem would have the power to make Stipe pay dearly for one mistake. Slightly favor Stipe.

Francis would probably still hurt him badly but not send his soul the shatter dimension.
Stipe would get dropped again and likely tko'd but would be finished later if he let Stipe recover.
Blaydes would get murdered by knees in the clinch. Reem Prime would be wayyyyyyy stronger than Blaydes.
