Also, keep in mind what you are rehydrating. Let us assume its the day of the fights and you have not worked out that day or worked up a sweat; assuming your only real big sweat is during the match. How much do you think you sweat out from one intense 5-6 minute round? The volume depleated is not going to be replenished btwn matches in a short time. Rather, its better to be well hydrated overall, the days leading into the competition.
