Noooo Bolanos. That's like if they brought in LeBron James for a 1 contract fight in the HW division and generating money for the UFC, wouldn't make him the HW GOAT.
You're right, because LeBron James already made his mark in basketball. Conor never made his mark anywhere else but fighting.
And btw, if LeBron James trains 6 months and goes into MMA, he'd be the GOAT MMA fighter anyway in terms of pure fighting ability.
Conor is GOAT of money making, but not even close to GOAT of FIGHTING.
He's the GOAT PRIZE FIGHTER. MMA is PRIZE FIGHTING. Prize/Business first, fighting second. This is not according to me, this is according to none other than GSP himself:

So the most important aspect of MMA is business, fighting is secondary. GSP calls himself an entertainer first, and fighter second. Conor obviously isn't even close to being the best fighter in MMA, any HW would beat his ass silly, but that doesn't matter because he's the most bankable star.
It's no different than calling Floyd the GOAT boxer of his generation, even though any random HW would beat his ass silly in an actual boxing fight.
