I absolutely suck at overhead pressing

Perhaps an alternative title to this thread should be "I absolutely suck at dealing with my sexual frustration."
 
Not with my body type.

I gotta lift heavy as possible to see gains.
Pumping does literally shit for me, except make me lean.

And lean doesn't mean shit in the discotheque with a shirt on.
It's all about genes, and what for you training. We just have a bit different opinions that's it.
 
Overhead pressed 70 kgs yesterday - via the grip modification.

I have officially broken the barrier that was inhibiting my OHP progression.

The little things - or apparently little things - that make all the difference.

I've also applied the grip modification to my bench press - and it feels HELLA better than it used to.
I suspect I'm gonna see a lot more muscle growth via that lift in future.
 
don't compare yourself to other lifters and don't judge people by their physiques. Focus on yourself and making improvements each training session.
This. Also, it seems like you're calling this guy a "dweeb" when in fact, you might be that yourself if you're silently judging people at the gym.
 
Man some of you guys are some really desperate degenerates.
 
Wow and I am only worried about getting a gym, must have become gay :/
