No you can buy it, but if the doctor gives you a script over here you can get it for free. My doctor prescribed me some Enya CDs when I wasn't sleeping. Didn't work, so he moved me onto the benzodiazepines.

I had pretty bad insomnia for 6 months. Had to wash sleeping tablets down with alcohol to get them to work. Imagine 20 fucking years...

Must be suffering from stress? A high level exercise and proper diet can cure that.

Eventually (as it was costing me a fortune) I went to the docs who referred me to a specialist who weened me off them using diazepam.

Seeing as I also have pain from a chronic illness I have, I've only tried ibuprofen PM (pain reliever + sleep aid). It helps get me to sleep but staying asleep is the problem.

I don't think it's the illness (Crohn's) that's causing it because this insomnia suddenly started happening 2 years after I started showing symptoms.

Tried ZMA? It's gotta be from a reputable source so it's the right ratio.

Actually, while I'm typing this I realize when I had a bit of a benzo problem I was probably using around that in equivalents (diazepam, etizolam, clonazolam, flubromazolam) sporadically so it's not that shocking. Apart from that many zops... At my worst I munched like 5 or 6 to get to sleep with some drink.

1 stops working so you take 2, 2 stops working so you wait a while and take another 2 but they don't work. So you take 4 together, the next week it's 4 a night and they stop working so you take 6 - and so on and so forth.

By the end I was popping 4-5 tabs so I had handfuls of 40-50 pills and swallowing them gulped down with whiskey or red.

It was hardcore.

I believe Zops have killed a number of celebs when they mixed them with booze and other meds.

They never had much recreational value for me. I just used them for said purpose.

I got into deep waters with other benzos. I was an addict but there were elements of binging so the dependence wasn't too much of an issue. I took 400mg+ diazepam in a day a few times, usually coming down off uppers. I built up some dependence but I'd be cool as long as I had 3 or 4 blues over the day. Alcohol was a necessary combination. Managed to taper myself off them in like 4 months. I don't bother with them anymore.

Could you taste food at all when you were on that many zops?

Sweats, shaking, hallucinating it was the worst feeling in the world. I was hooked.

The RC benzos were great while they lasted. Etizolam was nearly as good as diazepam. Clonazolam was as good as Clonazepam. Flubromazolam was some crazy shit. 0.25mg was the eqiuvalent to a zop. I got some pure flubromaz powder and made 1mg tabs. Then the psychoactive substance ban hit. Only country in Europe. I kinda miss 'em, but I don't also. They're really moreish.

Well I hope not. The annoying thing about the RC ban for me is that I'd learnt to use them responsibly. Like bought 20 or 30 tabs at a time every couple of months and shared them with mates/girlfriend. More active life, healthy diet etc. No problem.
