I’ve been training in muay thai in means of fitness and self defense, mostly self defense, but i feel like i should start something grappling related but i’m not sure

Turkish oil wrestling will loosen the ol' bumhole for ya.

BJJ.

The traditional wrestling stance is too hunched over to compliment the uprightness of the MT stance. Judo does teach a more upright stance but there is a stronger emphasis on takedowns and lesser emphasis on groundwork Given MT already teaches some trips, it may be better for a bigger focus to be placed on groundwork.

BJJ for sure. It's similar but different to Muay Thai for me from a mental perspective.

greco? ive always thought a good thai boxer with a great greco clinch and tdd would be a wrecking machine on street or in cage.
