I'm guessing that legally there are some boundaries for making pornography just as there are for people working as escorts who can't promise sex for money contractually.

Really though the main area of prostitution that the law is concerned with is curb crawling both due to the danger it puts the women in and honestly simply because its so public damages the image of an area it takes place in and links into crime often.
