Entire song is about the guy that ratted him out for giving people ass whippings.
Then he got locked up again after this album for another aggravated assault. Guy's body guards are Satan's choice, he was a surprisingly hard dude when compared to other rappers etc. His sister hangs with my cousin and my mother used to baby sit him back in Regent park when he was a kid.
