Sorry I couldn't think of a cool name for my log but it's too early in the morning to think. Anyway, I figured keeping a log here would allow me to keep track of my workout. Right so here we go.

edit: I couldn't get on sherdog for almost a week after I made this, and sort of forgot completely about it aha, not used to making logs. I may start this up again some other time but I'll be sticking to paper and pencil for now (feel free to delete this mods)
