Is America going to be the only country to land a man on the moon?

The Soviet Union landed 23 probes on the moon. China, Japan, and India have also landed probes on the moon. The Soviets could have done it in due time. Their issue at the time was rocket engines. Today, Russia has the best rocket engines in the world. NASA is buying a few of them. The USSR did put the first satellite and man in space. After the American landing there was no incentive for the Soviets to do the same. It is a very expensive prosses, specially if you want to bring the person back home - two way trip.

Yes the USA will be the only country to land people on the moon.

And if we actually have a single fuck about soccer, the USA would be #1 at that too.

Does anyone (who has looked into it) still really, truly believe that humans landed on the moon, got out and walked around, took off from the surface of the moon, and landed safely back on Earth?

Oh boy. Yes. If you get a strong enough telescope you can still see all the junk the Americans left on the surface of the moon. The lander (6), the rover, and the American flag are still there. There were 6 missions from the U.S. that landed on the moon with astronauts, all under the Apollo program. Not to mention the rock samples that were brought back.

And the retro reflectors that were put up there. You* can shoot the damn moon with a laser and get a return. Shoot it elsewhere and you get nothing.

*You need a couple hundred K worth of equipment, so its not for everyone. But it's simple enough that you just can't herp derp blame NASA conspiracy as a rebuttal

Turns out there's nothing very interesting at the moon. Also sending space probes out is much more viable than sending people.

It has been like 40 years and shit and none of these other loser countries have figured it out yet?

PS Soccer is a GIRL'S sport. The metric system make you very homosexually.

Put a little effort in, this is like elementary level trolling.

Russia basically went to 1st and 2nd base first. Murrica went full retard and threw all the cash it has took it all the way. Russia didn't bothered with sloppy seconds and gave a sarcastic golf clap.

Almost 50 years since we did it in 1969. It makes you wonder how we pulled that off a half century ago and nobody since has done it.

The same reason nobody goes back to Cleveland once they know what's there.

Yes I do.

More impressed by North Korea landing a man on the sun tbh. Harsher conditions there, probably

You're so dumb, you consider that an attempt to be an insult.

Or you're even dumber than that, and consider it a compliment.

You know what, you ask me if I want to be on your little roll call and I accepted to be nice.
I see all those guys on there yelling at you calling you "a no pussy getting dork who posts all these threads about hot chicks because he has no game in real life and spends weekends with his left hand in drag" and to take them off your list
and I was always like chill out it is just some babes
but maybe they were right.

I am blocking you and you can straight up fuck off.

Clffis: I don't know how to read the thread title and am rattling off all NON-MANNED moon landings.

Yes, because it actually happened. Even the Russians at the time said it did, and they were the people on earth least likely to say 'Good Job' to the US. Its been proven time and time again that it happened, theories as to it being fake have been debunked over and over again. Its no longer up for debate, and it never really was.

Every other country is waiting for Buzz Aldrin to die before they risk going to the moon. Spending $100 billion to risk losing people is bad enough. Having Old man Buzz kicking everyone's ass in your country is just more than any country can handle.

lol you answered your question yourself. in 40 years nobody else has done it. why? because nobody gives a shit about the moon. Russians were first in space, and the space is filled with man-made objects now.

There's only so many potatoes in Russia...

And most of them are used for vodka
