Well I am not exceptional in anything but I love training and I cannot make it to Judo three times a week and while I prefer Muay Thai or other options to complement the boxing instructor is good and the place is four blocks from home.What you are good at, what you like, and having a good instructor in your area should be the biggest factor in your decision.
most gyms here as is not allowed to power clean.
I´ll do it, that´s what I am looking for. To complement.Give the boxing gym a shot and then decide. Boxing will complement your game regardless just depends which you prefer
Don´t know what is that but yeah. Gyms here are not the best for people who want to do strength training.Heathen philistines...
