Is it common for guys in the military to get cheated on?

It happens on both sides. When I was in Iraq, everyone was cheating on their spouses. Some were even getting pregnant in iraq, having to return home to explain why to their spouse.
 
If the person was a piece of shit before they were married, guess what happens. The piece of shit eventually wakes back up

Working in that type of lifestyle really forces young people to mature as they encounter some people without any values or morals. I can speak from experience.
 
When I was in Camp Lejeune we would go to a club call 108. That place was filled with "Deployment Widows". The units would deployed on six months rotation to a MEU on ship or Okinawa. For six months you would see the same women every weekend. Then all of sudden they would disappear and a new batch of women would start showing up.
My buddy would be like "I Guess 1/2 just deployed".

My buddy who served in the Army is going through a divorce right now.
 
My buddy must be the sorriest, most pathetic cuck in the world. He married a girl who was married to a military guy and cheated on him. He didn't see this as a red flag at all and put all the blame on the guy and saying he was a porn addict and shit. After he marries this chick she and him both joined the military. While they were both deployed he found out that she cheated on him. When he confronted her about it she tried to make it okay, by telling him that he could do it too and they would just have an "open relationship." He decided to take her up on that and they are supposedly doing an open marriage now, but I guarantee she is having at least 10 to 15 dicks ran through her for every one woman outside the marriage that he finds.

It's so common there's a name for it. Jody is fucking your wife and girlfriend while you're in the field.
 
This all stems from young people thinking they are adults and can handle a long distance relationship (usually during stressful wartime scenarios). They're both wrong, and just want to be young, so they fuck other people when each other aren't available. Like young people. It's not just the non military spouses. It's 50% each side.
