My weekly workout schedule: Monday - Heavy Lower body (legs, glutes, hamstrings, thighs, etc.), light core/abs(crunches, leg lifts, etc.), and moderate cardio(running miles, jump ropes, etc.). Tuesday - Heavy Upper body (arms, chest, forearms, shoulders, etc.), and moderate cardio. Wednesday - Heavy Lower body, light core/abs, and moderate cardio. Thursday - Heavy Upper body, and moderate cardio. Friday - Heavy core/abs, fairly heavy cardio. Saturdays - Rest days Sundays - Rest days My goal is to make my body physique look close to a Mike Tyson or Roy Jones Jr-like body shape, all without having to sacrifice my cardio, speed and agility. I currently weight 232lbs(with a bit of visible body fat) and stand 5'10 tall and I'm trying to trim down to 218lbs.
