I do see that Pizza Pizza (which real talk, I first thought was a Canadian Lil Ceasers slogo at first) advertised everywhere on Raptors games
 
As a Canadian immigrant, outside of some fringe product like maple syrup, poutine, montreal-style smoked meat, there really isn't distinguishable compare to British/American dishes because it's relatively new and the population and global influence is relatively low.

French Canadian food is pretty typical and there are a lot of traditional recipes.

It's disapearing, yes. But it exists.
 
The Newfoundland duo: salt fish and a Labatt 50.
 
They eat Canadian bacon and/or ham and wash it down with Canadian Club
 
Kraft Dinner with Canadian Bacon smothered in Maple syrup.
