How fucked up do you have to be to block your entire country from watching YouTube? Pakistan doesn't want its citizens to watch YouTube and has inadvertently somehow borked YouTube globally.

North Korea block it's entire country from having internet access altogether. They don't even have television except for a select few government propaganda channels.

Only the higher ups and government officials are allowed.
