Jones coming back to take the HW belt from DC...

So Jones with no HW fights at all is fine fighting for the title but Conor wasn't to get a shot a LW?

If Jones want to move to HW make him earn a title shot and prove he can fight clean.
The other drug cheat Brock is in front of him for the Stipe/DC winner anyway, neither of them deserve it.

Stipe literally has nothing for Jones other than size and KO power. Technically he is nowhere near Jones in stand up when including kicks, elbows, etc. Wrestling wise, once again, Jones is superior.

No evidence that Stipe's big goofy ass would knock Jones out, especially if Jones comes juiced to the tits

Stipe and Jones just aren't on the same level.

Struve put Stipes fire out. Jones would drown his ass and wreak is firetruck in the same night

Shertardness is strong with this one.

Implying Jon will ever make it to another sanctioned MMA fight...

Come on dog, you can't compare Bones to McTapTwice, come on.

stipe is a better boxer and yes that matters

First of DC ain't taking nothing.

Second Jones doesn't want nothing to do with Stipe the dude is a bad match up and makes little sense in terms of PPVs unless you go for that champ vs champ angle but that means Jones to be clean, to sit out the USADA penalty and to win back his strap in LHW.

That is why jones cuts from 245lbs to avoid guys who "aren't on his level" in the heavyweight division.

Okay and throw everyone that fights at 185 and 205 under the bus because you want to attack one fighter

That's why Hendo K.O'd Fedor weighing 206 pounds...

That's why Rumble moved up to HW and K.Od AA...(edited for truth- AJ a former WW moved up and BEAT AA not a KO)

Big bad HWs....

Nice try Einstein, try again

And Jones lost to Matt Hamill. What’s your point ?

No Jones is not on Stipe’s level. If he thought he was he’d have been fighting at HW. Instead of down at JV. If you think Jones beats Stipe. My only question is

giphy.gif
LHW before 2014 has never been the JV division; however, heavyweight hasn't historically been the weakest Divisions in the history of the UFC,

Yes on paper Stipe is not on Jon Jones level. Stipe lost to Struve and struggled against JDS in a damn near all stand up fight where JDS landed like maybe 1 throw. If either one of those guys that night fought Jon Jones they most defiantly would have been beaten. And while stipe has progressed you have to keep in mind that he's doing well in a post USADA era full of heavyweights that are damn near 40 with fucked up endrocrine systems possibly from PED usage and pride relicks in the late 20 teens, apart from JDS the youngest guy he's beaten is 3 years older than him and stipe is already in history mid 30's not quite over the hill yet but getting there.

Jon Jones has beaten world champion after world champion in their early 30's when he won a super only a rookie" of 3 years within the sport, he's acumulated more skill and knowledge at 30. He's taken down olympic level wrestlers, outstruck karate experts and beaten fighters at their own games, submitted bjj experts and ended win streaks.

If Jon Jones and stipe clash, considering Jon Jones actually becomes a LEGIT 240 because he cuts from 228 like every other light heavyweight, and even some middle weights,(he started cutting from 219 when his career began), he will dominate stipe.

Stipe is the king of an over the hill division of fat slow fighters who lack creativity, stamina and chins, when gen loses to D.C. it will be a testimony to how overstated Stipe actually is on sherdog. Assuming he manages to defeat D.C. which I don't see happening he will lose to Jon Jones.

People want to pretend they don't realize realize how one dimensional stipe is hes a boxer with ok foot work but still very sloppy no submission game and his take down defense has yet to be tested against fighters like Jon Jones DC that can shoot in or throw you down from in the clench. He's not well rounded on the level that's real students of the game like Jon Jones and DC are, he sure well rounded in the sense of he's not exceptional anywhere and intermediate everywhere. DC Knows that and that's why he's fighting him. The fairy tale ends here unless D.C somehow developed a glass chin overnight and stipe lands a clean shot a big if considering DC is a better boxer and great at getting inside where he's even better st landing combos and strikes from the clench, and take downs, pshhh and the new, that's all I have to say.

Jones struggled with Gus.. Who is a tall LHW with some boxing skills and a poor ass fight IQ. Hows he going to do against Stipe who is 35 pounds heavier, better boxing, much bigger power, and a good fight IQ?? He can't beat Stipe on the feet, can't handle him in the clinch, and although Jones is tough to get down I'm sure he could do it if he chooses.
You could say the Gus fight happened years ago, Jones is better/ improved (though no he isn't), but if you say that your argument about Stipe losing to Struve would be void.
