He said his phone got stolen (a friend could have just as easily taken it to talk trash on fighters) and Nate accused him of just being drunk and then scared when he sobered up the next day.

Makes no sense for him to call out Nick given he was the #3 Lightweight in the UFC at the time of that tweet:

And Nick was retired at that point, only willing to return if he received a title shot.

Sounds fake. I'm sure Dana has gotten with ring girls and maybe a couple WMMA fighters but this accusation makes no sense.

Did a search and found out Terry filed suit against Adam Venit+WME in 2007 after the DA didn't want to press charges because there was 'no skin contact'.
Crews went with his wife to introduce himself to Venit but claims the agent stared at him "intently, like a rabid dog, sticking his tongue in and out of his mouth provocatively".
When he tried to shake Venit's hand, Crews claims that Venit grabbed his genitals, squeezing them so hard that he leapt away in pain
