Hello, im 25 and I practiced jkd (1year), ninjutsu (3years), mma(6months) and since 1year Bjj and Ill practice this last one for this year.
I practice gym from 10 years.

I dont have personal best, Ill notice my progression in 6 months till now.

And what did you do in the gym for 10 years, clean the floor? What do you weigh like 125?
 
No man, I didnt.
I started very young and I was fat at the beginning (at 17 years old I was quite 85kg) then i loss a lot of kg (20) and I was skinny. Then I started training for gaining mass and strenght. Now Im 76kg. Ok?

Ignore him. It doesn't matter where you are now, only that you have a decent plan to improve and are giving it your all.

Sincerly not, I planned a routine 2/week (the first part is what I did yesterday, plus abd that I didnt do for time problems, and B part that ill do after tomorrow). This week Ive got no to train because the gym will opens next week so I thaught to be something different. In 30 minutes Ill go to train in this way Randy Couture Workout for MMA Conditioning BuildingBodies Fitness and tomorrow rest.
Usually I train 4-5/week of bjj.
Ill use this workout for about 6-8 weeks.

Close grip

At the end of the routine I had neckhache... I thing that is for the military press; next time ill do it standing.

I started this course today. 30 minutes of phisical preparation, 60 minutes of thai
2h BJJ
I didnt practice since the end of July: I really missed it! 45 min of exercises, 45 min rollin, 30 min of tecn.


At the end I was really tired. In my bag there are 2 really wet tshirt and atama mundial really really wet :cool:
At home I ate one big piece of meat with a lot of salad, 1 banana and grapes.

2hours of BJJ. I noticed that I rolled better in july than now.. I need to improve.

I was worse in bench press... I dont know why... But I Improved Deadlifts.
