intelligent conversation? You mean gifs of anchorman and piñatas?
Yes. You have been busted up. Make a statement worthy of reply and I'll stop the GIFs.

You are probably right, although without a pardon he would be going to jail.
These idiots are so useful to the media it's truly spectacular. It's as if they want to believe so hard that they believe CNN reporting it makes it evidence. If CNN reported that Mueller said Elvis was still alive these neanderthals would be registering the next minute on whatever forum it is that believe that kind of stupid shit.
Wrong that was two separate things...you mean the report that was later validated by Fox News, in saying that Trump tried to fire Mueller but was stopped by his inside counsel?
You realize that document completely nukes the argument he was trying to make right?Don’t expose them to primary source documents yet. It could cross a wire in their hypnosis that could be detrimental to their ability to regulate daily bodily functions. All in good time.
Will be interesting to see what Trump does when the hammer is finally about to come down. I'm sure he'll cut some deal and will get a good one so the government as a whole can save face but maybe, just maybe...if he's faced with jail time and has to explain himself...This is what the Trump Lickspittles never want to try and justify.
Trump was fucking broke. Living on trusts his Daddy set up for him. The same Dad that called him an idiot, hence the trusts Donny could not fuck up. 4 bankruptcies in 15 years, and no bank would loan him money. Trump starts making deals with Russians. Some super shady as fuck real estate deals, and suddenly he is getting loans. Sets up a couple condo complexes, takes money for condos and then never builds them.
Da Kush's Daddy was a crook and Da Kush was also broke. Da Kush starts getting Russian money. Eric wanted to be a developer like Daddy, and he starts getting Russian money.
Rumors of Ivanka laundering money through her Diamond Store.
I have been on record for a long time, saying Clinton got busted for using an intern as a humidor while being investigated for Whitewater. Cadet Bone Spurs is being investigated for collusion, but has too many business deals with alleged Russian Mafia to not have dirty financial deals.
Trump has been linked to the New York mob in the 1980's to 1990's, so I doubt he had a problem making money off the Russian Mob.
Trump's Casino's were also laundering money.
Mueller brings in financial guys and he knows what he is looking for and will find it.
Cliffs: Trump is fucked.
I love the post, but I'm neither a democrat or republican lol.
It's actually a perfectly valid legal defense that the Special Prosecutor doesn't have the legal authority under his congressional mandate to indict people on events unrelated to that mandate. Meaning dealings with people unrelated to the Russian Government.
It's also a good reason to fire Mueller for acting like he's judge dredd.
You realize that document completely nukes the argument he was trying to make right?
I'm guessing you didn't lol
Polish put it bestHow so? His argument was the Special Prosecutor doesn't have the legal authority under his congressional mandate to indict people on events unrelated to that mandate. Meaning dealings with people unrelated to the Russian Government.
The document shows the mandate is to investigate efforts the Russian government made to interfere with the 2016 election, including any cooperation or links between the Russian government and the trump campaign, any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation, and any other matters within the scope of the jurisdiction of the special prosecutor, which includes perjury, obstruction of justice, and destruction of evidence.
So how exactly is kushner’s negotiations with potential Chinese and Quatari purchasers of his building directly, not indirectly, directly, related to this investigation?

The Special Counsel is authorized to conduct the investigation confinned by then-FBI
Director James 8. Corney in testimony before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence on March 20, 2017, including:
(i) any links and/or coordination bet ween the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump; and
(ii) any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation; and
(iii) any other matters within the scope of 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(a).

That’s exactly what I said too. And I’m asking how these two things are directly related?
Section ii extends this to other matters. Section iii does as well. Google the federal regulation listed right there on the damn document if you want. It is clearly within the purview of the investigation.
"I'd like to move for an immediate dismissal of all charges your honor."We shouldn't have to dumb this down that much for you. You're asking, why, if Mueller was allowed to investigate into financial crimes with Russia, could he not extend that to other nations when he found financial crimes there.
Are you arguing that the two are not substantially related because of a difference in nationality? That would be retarded.
Probably something a trump lawyer would argue though. "You honor, law enforcement was only authorized to find my clients criminal ties to one guy, but they found the same criminal ties to another guy. That's totally unrelated and all evidence should be discarded."
