List of possible charges and civil suits Conor facing.

He's a moron he must not know if you're walking around with a giant dollar sign on your back every asshole in America is waiting on the opportunity to sue your rich ass. A fool and his money are soon parted.

That coke mustve been some real strong shit. He might be able to bail out with all that money but everyone will sue which will be money down the drain..

In Florida, he'd be looking at several felonies, including, but not limited to the following:

Thowing a Deadly missle into an occupied vehicle
Agg Battery
Agg Assualt
Criminal Mischiel
Inciting a riot

As for Civil, well he is going to be sued by numerous people/organizations, who will all win. His bank account is about to shrink by a sizeable amount, deservedly so I might add.

That Mayweather money is going down the drain he is screwed, there is no way he walks away without paying up, Chiesa better sue his ass for sure, I see that being a six figure pay out there, and I heard Borgs eye was fucked up too another six figure pay out and Thug Rose will sue for emotional distress as well.

The Bus company that handles those charters will get paid too, man Conor is a dumb ass for sure.

He will be begging Mayweather for a rematch in the UK.

He is not a U.S citizen.

Technically can he just stay out of the U.S. and avoid all repercussions?

No. If you commit a crime in the US you will be detained and prosecuted.

A civil lawsuit is little but more tricky with a foreign national, but still possible.

He's not a US citizen but he's in the US atm so getting out (if they bring criminal charges against him) could be tricky and if convicted of anything serious getting back into the US could also be difficult as he needs a visa.

If it was that easy I'm not a US citizen either so I'll book a return flight to NY, rob a couple of banks and then just fly home and keep the money.

If you're talking civil matters then yes he could avoid that but he'd never be able to go to the US or work for a US company or they'd take that money to pay for the damages.
No, he will not be able to avoid the civil penalties, especially in the sums we are referring to. The US can absolutely put a freeze on his accounts, even overseas accounts, especially given the UFCs current connections in Washington.

Don't forget late charges on the Lamborghini. Can't return it if he is in the pen.

Now a hand truck is considered a deadly weapon? Gtfo

It absolutely is. Any object designed, made, or adapted for the purposes of inflicting death or serious physical injury can be considered a deadly weapon. The hand truck was used as a weapon, it shattered the glass on the bus and injured several passengers. Guess what - if you hit someone with a tire iron it is considered a deadly weapon.

Aggravated assault is no joke, tough to defend, and often times carries prison time.

If you're right it will be for the wrong reasons.

Access to any US investments/bank accounts/property/earnings etc is obvious and there's probably a bilateral US/EU agreement in place for this sort of thing or a UN one (The UN Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards) but if not there's no way that pull in Washington is getting you access to an Irish nationals Irish bank account.

"There are several mechanisms in public international law whereby the courts of one country (the domestic court) can exercise jurisdiction over a citizen, corporation, or organization of another country (the foreign defendant) to try crimes or civil matters that have affected citizens or businesses within the domestic jurisdiction. Many of these jurisdictional "hooks" can even reach conduct that affected the domestic citizen when the citizen was beyond his or her domestic borders. There are five such doctrines"

Appears to be all the right reasons to me.

The amount of pussies on here making this shit up. You're not a lawyer. Nothing is going to happen.

You can spend 20 years in jail for a false murder charge and they won't give you $1million.

Being in a bus when a guy threw a trolley at it might get you $1000.

Get over it. You're jealous of the manlet.

You have the I.Q. of a tree stump to believe that.

This is America where some lazy fat bitch got rich off McDonald’s cuz her coffee was too hot, so yea.

Bet he’s gonna have a bunch of legal fees nonetheless. Shit the UFC might sue him to compensate for their losses being that they are probably gonna get sued too.

End of the day it was a dumb thing to do and it’s gonna cost him. It’s not his first time acting disorderly so the athletic commission is probably gonna want some big $ too if he ever wants to get licensed again.

so if I cracked your goofy ass with it over the head, you don't think it would be considered a deadly weapon?

Depending on how you word it, if you even say your gonna do it, that in itself is a crime.

Throwing it at a van is now comparable to hitting someone in the head with it.

The idea that the people in the bus feared for their lives is absolutely ridiculous. Calling that a deadly weapon is equally as ridiculous.

Conor brought 10 or more guys with him, why wouldn't they be fearing for their lives? They aren't gangsters like Khabib and Ali Abdelaziz. Even Michael Chiesa would've been terrified, the guy has a mental breakdown when someone says the word "mother" <45>
