Actually I'd like to hear his answer to that question. I mean it seems he knows about a lot of behind the scenes conversations that either did or did not happen. Much more than has been released publicly. Much more than some passive observer would know.

I'd like to add, as an FYI, that the situation was indeed discussed behind closed doors.

NO I don't. I am not paid, financed, or coached by him on this forum in any way. This is all me and my voice, I do not represent him in a legal way or a paid way. I am not making any money on this, this is how I feel from the heart.

I wanna believe you, but trolls don't have hearts. Not the emotional/empathy ones at least

Why associate with a man that uses shady business practices, condones fake handshakes and fake countdowns. Shows a complete lack of integrity. The NYE and 1989 rapes are over the top disgusting. People will not, and should never forget. Karma

Lol, so now porn = rape?
Way to rationalize with this horrible analogy.

Ok . . .

An analogy is showing a similar relationship between different items. It is NOT equating those items.

The relationship between 2 and 4 is the same as the relationship between 7 and 14. 2, 4, 7, and 14 are still different numbers.

He was saying that Lloyd's position regarding rape was similar to Brian's position regarding porn (specifically, the elements of youth and potential ostracism). I agree that the severity of Lloyd's situation is enough to mitigate any sympathy for his (hypothetical) plight, but I do know that no one said that porn and rape were the same things. Damn, I don't know how elementary school teachers do it.

the analogy fails because the military got harassed for actively trying to stop porn. he didn't want to read it but he didn't want to be around it either. it's teh fact he tried to stop everyone else from reading it. nobody would care if he didn't read it himself.

if he wasn't into rape but was afraid of being harassed by his friend he could have just stayed out in the living room. but he tried to rape her aswell.

the analogy succeeds against the guys saying "why didn't he try to stop it" though. because his rape friends would harass him about it. but still, you would rather be liked by this rapists then stop a rape? so the porn thing still kind of fails

Again, I agree that it's no defense or excuse for LI's role in the incident. I also agree that the analogy fails because Irvin's involvement was beyond that of a bystander (like Brian). But the people who were getting on Apostle for saying that "porn = rape" were being idiots.
