Should have stayed the course and gone for 475. Definitely would have been successful. But these are things you learn from competing.

Felt like the spotter grabbed the collar early on 235, but he said he didn't. I might have been able to fight through, but ref said he doubted it.

I'm not. But i try to take as little time as I need. That is until 5's and 3's weeks... then i likely take a little more than prescribed.
