Squats coming along. I feel pretty confident I'll hit all my projected numbers.

I've got some pretty aggressive DL and Clean numbers to hit...

But in all the hip feels ok. I foam roll and go for release therapy and it seems to do the trick.
 
What are your clean goals?
 
215 doubles sounds like a pretty underwhelming goal, tbh.

You've already done 210x2.

I guess I feel like by dropping to once s week I may lose some momentum but after the 3x4 at 190 I'm sure I have 225 for a double in there somewhere!!!
