The mother's life is more important than a fetus imo. It's so weird that these anti-abortionist never talk about or consider the females life in all this, yet they go on about being so pro-life. That's what religion does folks.
I believe that no one has the right to tell or make a female go full-term in her pregnancy if she, for whatever reason doesn't wish that to happen. We don't have the right.

Yeah, there's a real impact on women who lose their babies. I think in a way, their body considers a part of themselves dying, at the very least a failure to complete the one thing we're really designed to do. I think that's one area a man could never fully empathize with, the physical/psychological impact of losing a child you're carrying.
