Metal Bro In Need of New Ear Buds

So i recently fell in love with heavy metal and realized that the shitty $20-$40 wifi ear buds that i usually use just don't do the music any justice. When i find music i like, it's on my computer and i have a much better set of headphones while listening to them, but i realized a lot of the music i was listening to on my earbuds afterward just sounded like dog shite and the instruments wouldn't really come through at all.

Is there anything within a $100 that is half decent?

I've been through so many budget earbuds for my iPod and I can safely say my best pair so far were a pair of Koss buds that were about 25-30 bucks Canadian (might be 15-22 USD)

I think they were the KEB15i, but Koss makes some high quality stuff too, KEB25i are like 10 bucks more but they also have earbuds that are over 100 dollars.

Just bought me some Beats3 earbuds. Worth it completely. Never bought any over 40 bucks, but needed wireless with new phone.
