Michael jai white is fast for his size

Why get all jacked up from steroids only to have shriveled up testes? You wont be able to bust a nut now, so what is point of looking that good?
At 50, steroids aren't just about looking good. You should find out what some old men (like Sly) have said about testosterone when they've started aging. It makes you feel really good and confident and speeds up your thinking, etc., etc., especially if you start taking it after your testosterone levels have already been low for a good while, so you really notice the difference.

I think it's very smart to go on the Ubereem diet once you hit 40+. No reason not to, once your natural testosterone production becomes extremely low. Men function best with the t-levels that they have when they're young -- those are the optimal levels. Why wouldn't you want to go back to those levels, now that we're not entirely held prisoner by our aging bodies?

There are dangerous side effects

But you cant jizz anymore because your testes are gone.

There are medical reasons not to. If it would be this easy nature simply would have evolved us into humans with constant high testosterone levels. Decrease in testosterone counters f.e. increase in cell division malfunctions. It may be possible to counter the risk nowadays with modern medicine in parts but we simply dont have any long term studies on the topic.

Hollywood "anti aging" clinics are the opposite of serious and critical medical help. Its a business and you sell the customer what he wants fuck the risks.

I am not per se against it but most people who think they need it can gain tremendous success in life quality with much simpler changes like eating healthy, changing their training regime, gain a different perspective on things...etc. This can boost levels of power a lot.

I just recommend to be careful. Things that seem simple rarely are regarding our physiology. Researches in the Netherlads just stopped a study were pregnant women got Viagra to help with placenta blood flow. Sounded perfect in developing healthy babies. Sadly 11 babies died because of it and all over the world studies get stopped. Medical professionals were 100% sure this would only benefit the newborns.

Very true. I heard about the developing babies news story the other day - very sad.

I too think that the benefits of testosterone usage aren't all it's cracked up to be and there aren't enough studies on long term usage. I think a lot of people take it without realizing some of the possible side effects of it because the use of it has become mainstream.

I have read that they've done studies on long term usage of testosterone therapy in older men and there was a noticeably higher risk of cardiovascular problems (amongst others). Anyone interested should just google it.

I don't think testosterone therapy is for everyone nor is it without long term consequences. I think it's more a solution when eating healthy, changing training regimen or other natural alternatives don't work or where you have extremely low testosterone and a medical professional recommends that you include it as part of your regimen.

Holy shit he's 50 years old too. Don't know exactly how long ago that vid was recorded, but still.

Beautiful body control and good technique, speed and flexibility. He was always impressive as a martial artist.

- He is great. He looks good at any style herepresents on his movies!

Yeah. Its not many left of that kind. Its more or less just him and scott adkins left.

Dying breed of the good old simple martial art movies.

Now its cgi with pink lazer beams and big robots fighting each other.

His technique is not very good though. He is not engaging his core/hip optimally, evident by his knee pointing down and the stiff/uppright posture. He does have great explosiveness and natural athleticism though, which easily fools people who don't know Taekwondo, that it's good technique employed.

Translation; He threw a classically stiff Shotokan side kick

- First of all. You sux. You cant kick a taekwondo double kick mitts wihout hurting your frails little toes!
Second badmounth one ofmy man-crushs again and i amgoing personally go to your country and R.K.O you!

Well they make good fight choreography though and especially Scott Adkins boyka movies, he combines a little mma with his taekwondo choreography a long with some boxing, that's why he's one of my favorites a long with Tony Jaa micheal jai white, and Jean claude van dam

- You can find some good ones. But they all work as stunts now!

So you can boost testosterone by eating differently, and training differently. Oh do tell, do tell, what should I eat, and how should I workout.

You build testosterone working out in general. But it does matter what you put in your body though too, I just eat whatever protein and carbs are available.

- Mark Dacascos, Kane Kosugi, Daniel Bernhardt and Gary Daniels!

And Chinse cinema is getting big again!

Peter Sudarso é good but ididnt found a HL from him.
And Van Damme son Kristopher Van Varenberg!

Food have alot to say on test levels. If you take alot of sugar, alcohol, or the bad fat.. Your test levels are going down.

Stress, not enough sleep, not having a confident mindset, and lack of sex, all plays a major role on your testosterone production.

Of course it won't compare to having testosterone replacement therapy though.

All that natural stuff is probably negligible short term but adds up long term I'd imagine.

First thing would probably be to make sure at the bare minimum you're getting all your rda of all your vitamins/minerals.

Yeah. The best thing in your 50s are probably both a clean living and a small amount of testosterone.

You got use and abuse.

I am not gonna fight anymore. So i am a little curious about ostarine. But not sure if i gonna try or not
