Front squats.blow.but the were better than last session. Added a.complete.set. rack was occupied by some douche my size shrugging 135. Luckily as my anger was about to peak and confrontation was eminent he left. I could already hear the words "are you fucking stupid as well as weak. Pick that shit up fro. The ground and let the men use the rack." Coming from my mouth.

Shrugs felt fine and the rack pulls were easy. +6" is just above where I stall after my initial break.

Bench reps 1 and 2 were slow. 3 and 4 good and 5 ground. Z press sucked my upper back was.fried.from yesterday. Curls and dips because jaktness is next to godliness.

That ends this phase of volume bench. Squat was just for the stretch and was atg high bar and slightly wider than normal. Got my swolt on.

Same reps fewer sets on deads. 315/365 both felt fast enough off the floor I could have cleaned them. Of course I can't but they felt good. Deficits at 355 was a PR although I've tried done that weight. Last rep of every set I felt it. Just wanted to feel out my tolerance for them.

Ohp's bar path has corrected itself oddly enough. I blame z-press. Shoulders were a little fried from bench on Saturday though so I just did easy 3s.
 
I'm taking programing suggestions for my other lower split day. Having just finished up my first run of front squat volume that lasted about six weeks I'm faced w what to do now.

1. Continue w Front squats+10lbs resetting at 5*3

Assistance will continue to be rack pulls and hypers.
 
I never really care what the theme is in here. It's ALL good.

Not a.stellar.session. had some back pumps going into squats. Decided to back squat.til they went away. Killed my front.squats sets although I caught my.Adam's apple and gagged on the.last set. Bench was gravy. Looking for 225*10*5 in the near future. Rack pulls felt awkward from 4" and I set up for 495 but when I started to take the slack out of the bar realized I didn't have anything.left and erred on the side of caution.and didn't try it.
