Doc injected the left side.of my hip/back on Wednesday. Left side felt great. Right side went into spasm during Deads. Worked a combo of hook and straps trying to.even out my pull.

Bike.

Basically just took my trail bike out for a short run through town. Ran it through the gears and stuff. It's been riding shotgun in my suburban for a month but the trails in Columbia have been junk (drought by ass) or I've had other stuff come up on days I wanted to ride. I haven't been doing much non lifting fitness stuff other than sprints here and there. Which has left me feeling a bit beat up even w the loads I've been working with. 5-6 miles maybe.

For reference that's a.1961 TRW M-14. Of which none were sold to the public and there is some debate how many were made. Yes it's convertible to full but it does not have the auto selector in it.
