    Made a bigger jump after 225 than normal. .maybe too much of one.

    20 minutes of basketball or so.

    Pretty sure I have a nasty stone bruise on my right heel deadlifting yesterday. Basketball today made walking up steps a bitch.

    A few sprints. Heel is improving so I ran some 20m sprints on soft turd. Went right home to ice. Walking around in shoes almost feel pain free now.

    I've had a couple bench and bike sessions since my last log. None of them special. Spent a few days teaching on the range.



    Today ended up seeing the doc about the heel. It just wasn't improving. He ultra sounded it and there were no major tears although there was inflammation around what could be a small one on my Achilles. Took 5 shots into the foot which isn't comfortable.

    First time trying the heel sincethe injury. Had x-rays that showed basically nothing and doc said I'll have to live w it for awhile. There's some scar tissue on the Achilles but nothing else showed via just the x ray. No breaks , fractures or heel spurs.
