Still hoping for 225x19 at new years. 15 left a few in the tank. Stood up reset and hit 5. Then did the same for 3 more.

Arnolds are great for being epic. Hell they are named arnolds what else you need to know. Traps. All three heads of the shoulder, tris and a bit of upper chest. Bitches get wet when I pick up the dumbbells at this point.
 
Yesterday
Squats up to 275 triples

First or second time trying to squat since I hurt my heel. Weight moved easy but felt heavy on my back after a 4 month+ lay off. This morning no additional heel pain

Didnt quite get as deep as I would have liked. Would have loved 17 or 18 today. Tried some lockout tests near 12 and 15 and not sure how effective that is or could be since my back went loose and flat.

Boxing and may thai.

Fit in 5 3minute rounds after bench. Timing sucked but that's to be expected. Kicking was a chore.

Back was tight from boxing and I called it at 365 although the weight moved easy my hips and back were just stiff enough to make me doubt more weight

225x19 bench in a single set in a week? Maybe. Hit the pins on this one and had to reset. Basically up down grab bar and go again.

Not my prettiest set ever but w a quick reset around 15 to get my head back on the bench and another to reset my back on rep 18 I pushed through it. Benching over 10 reps in a set also counts as cardio.

Squats

Still getting used to lower half work. Heel hurts but i can live w it over surgery. Have sniper instructor school in July which means I'll have to up the cardio from zero to maybe 4.
