Doesn’t look too hard. Especially if you are just some bullpen guy. Do they even make over a million dollars?

Seems like a hell of a lot of pressure. May not “look hard” but if you don’t perform then you’d be out of a job.
 
Are you really asking if MLB pitchers make over a million dollars?
 
Bullpen pitchers back then were looked at failed starting pitchers. Nowadays the bullpen actually plays a huge role into winning games, and teams pay a lot of money to build a good one.
 
The league minimum is $507,500.. so I guess it's possible that some relievers aren't making a million.
