MMA Earguards

Hey! I’m pretty new to MMA, I recently just got some FAT cauliflower, didn’t get the chance to drain it & it’s been hurting for 2 weeks now, it keeps getting hit a lil here and there. Unfortunately haven’t been able to spar nor live roll I was wondering if there’s ear guards that work well with MMA (BJJ AND Muay Thai) I wanna spar and roll so badly

Just get wrestling ear guards, any brand will do.

I have the oval shaped ones from cliff keen that I only used when I had a cauliflower ear experience and to sleep in until it didn’t hurt anymore. Otherwise I never used them for jiu jitsu

Hey man, I highly recommend grabbing a pair of wrestling headgear, I use the adidas kind and they are sweet.
