First Clip from KICK-ASS 2 Shows The Mother Fucker's Influence

A brand new clip from Kick-Ass 2 has been released online. There’s not much to see in the way of new action footage, but this quick clip sets up the villain’s increasing social media influence. The clip shows Clark Duke's Marty telling Aaron Johnson's Dave about The Mother Fucker and his Twitter account. "The Mother Fucker: he's some guy planning to be the world's first supervillain. He's got like a thousand followers already," Marty explains. "What an asshole," Dave responds, before the teaser ends with a full-screen plug for the @motherf_cker Twitter account.

Based on Mark Millar's comic book, the first Kick-Ass film opened to tepid box office numbers in 2010, but it's since built a strong following on DVD and Blu-ray. Directed by Jeff Wadlow, the film stars Chlo

A Ronin's Story in the New Featurette for THE WOLVERINE

20th Century Fox has released a new featurette for The Wolverine. The film finds Hugh Jackman’s titular character isolated in modern day Japan where he faces his ultimate nemesis “in a life-or-death battle that will leave him forever changed.” The featurette not only describes Logan as a ronin, but it also reiterates how this new movie will take away his powers. There’s also new footage in the featurette, so we’re close to reaching critical mass when it comes to showing too much. The film also stars Will Yun Lee, Hiroyuki Sanada, Brian Tee, Rila Fukushima, Svetlana Khodchenkova, and Tao Okamoto. The Wolverine opens in 3D on July 26th.

Synopsis: Based on the celebrated comic book arc, this epic action-adventure takes Wolverine (Hugh Jackman), the most iconic character of the X-Men universe, to modern day Japan. Survival is Vin Diesel's Revenge in the New Poster for RIDDICK

A new poster for Riddick starring Vin Diesel has been released. The third installment from director David Twohy features the return of the titular anti-hero, who must fight for his survival against deadly alien predators and bounty hunters with a personal stake in bringing him down. New Trailer and 6 Featurettes for Bong Joon-ho’s SNOWPIERCER

A couple days ago, we got some cool images from Bong Joon-ho‘s sci-fi pic Snowpiercer, which showcased the film’s setting, a post-apocalyptic train divided into classes. A new 60-seconds international trailer has been released highlighting the revolution the lower classes are bringing against the passengers at the front, and there are also six new featurettes that take us even deeper into the movie.

The featurettes provide interviews with the actors, Bong, and the South Korean crew members. Unfortunately, only the interviews with the English-speaking actors are in English—there are no English subtitles for the Korean speakers. However, these featurettes are still worth watching, and one of them gives us our first look at Alison Pill, who we hadn’t seen in either posters or passports. We learn that she plays a teacher in one of the upper classes of the train.

The film also stars Chris Evans, John Hurt, Tilda Swinton, Jamie Bell, Alison Pill, Ed Harris, Ewen Bremner, Octavia Spencer, Kang-ho Song, and Ko Asung. Ken Marino Returns as Vinnie Van Lowe in VERONICA MARS

Ken Marino has started filming Veronica Mars movie, and a first look at the returning actor as none-other-than the antagonistic Vinnie Van Lowe on the Santa Monica Pier set of the flick has been unveiled by Entertainment Weekly. The Wanderlust actor is seen in casual outfit, with Kristen Bell featured rocking a black leather jacket.

Kicking off its production in June, the Kickstarter-funded film will stage an introduction to a new character that will be tackled by Marino's co-star on Party Down. "Martin Starr has joined the cast of 'Veronica Mars' in the new role of Lou 'Cobb' Cobbler, another 09'er returning for the ten-year reunion," director/writer Rob Thomas announced. Comments: Glad Marino's Vinnie is back. I love his amoral weasel detective character and his many feuds with Mars were very entertaining. Marino's recent guest appearance in Wedding Band as a rival wedding singer sporting a fake British accent was hilarious.

First Clip from JUSTICE LEAGUE: THE FLASHPOINT PARADOX

Warner Bros. has released the first official clip from their upcoming DC animated movie Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox. The clip features Cyborg and his team trying to recruit Batman to help put a halt to a potentially apocalyptic war. Warner Bros. also announced that the movie will premiere at Comic-Con in San Diego on Friday, July 19 from 7:30-9:30pm in Ballroom 20. Fans can meet and get autographs (on a Comic-Con exclusive mini-poster) from the cast and crew on Saturday, July 20 from 11:00am-Noon at the Warner Bros. booth. Steven Seagal in Talks to Join the Cast of THE EXPENDABLES 3?

Steven Seagal is reportedly in talks for a role in The Expendables 3. The news comes just a month after numerous reports that Mel Gibson is playing the villain. According to several Bulgarian news outlets, both Steven Seagal and Mel Gibson will have a fight scene alongside Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, and Dolph Lundgren. If Steven Seagal does sign on for The Expendables 3, it will mark his first major studio production since 2010's Machete.

The screenplay has reportedly been rewritten several times to accommodate a growing cast that also includes Nicolas Cage, Wesley Snipes, Milla Jovovich and Jackie Chan. Patrick Hughes (Red Hill) is directing from a screenplay by Richard Wenk. VERONICA MARS Movie Adds James Franco to the Cast

Veronica Mars reportedly adds another familiar face to its cast ensemble. After Justin Long confirmed to make a cameo appearance in the film, James Franco is now said to be another high-profile actor that will team up with director/writer Rob Thomas. According to Zap2It, Oscar-nominated Franco will make an appearance in the Kickstarter-funded pic as himself. A source provides the site with more details about his role, saying that he'll be one of several celebrities in the movie who have been victims of a hidden camera scam. Even so, the casting news is still not confirmed yet by Thomas.

The production is currently underway, and Thomas recently let Entertainment Weekly publish a photo taken from the Santa Monica Pier set. The latest image offered a first look at returning actor Ken Marino, who plays the antagonistic Vinnie Van Lowe. Eyeing an early 2014 release, the big-screen version of the UPN/CW series will come to San Diego Comic-Con on Friday, July 19 to debut exclusive footage.
