Yesterday
  • yogurt and 2 slcies whole weat toast with 2 slices cheese
  • 1/3 cup of oatmeal, 1.5 scoops whey
  • 2 powerade zeros with .8 scoop whey
  • powo shake 2 scoops whey 1 scoop waxy maize
  • 1 cup brown rice and one whole bag pf chang for 2 beef and broccoli
  • 1 grilled cheese (3 slices bread 4 slices cheese) 1 yogurt
  • 16oz cottage cheese

Today:

  • 2 omega 3 eggs, 3/4 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup 2% mild cheddar
  • 3 servings turkey jerky 1 carb master yogurt
  • 7oz 92/8 beef and 1 carbmaster yogurt
  • 2 carbmaster yogurts
  • 3 servings turkey jerky and 1 carbmaster yorurt
  • 1.75 cups cottage cheese

Only for a moment did I think about this, I can eat tons of food fairly quickly, but ultimately I do not think its a good idea. Though I am certain I would be good at it with some training.

Why not? That guy is in great shape and has become a bit of a celebrity due to his competitive eating exploits. I don't see the down side.

You should. Just build the competitions in as cheat meals. You already have those built in to your diet. This way you could win prizes or money for having cheat meals. Sounds like a good idea from where I'm standing.

  • 10oz burger, some fries and a small cup of chicken tortila soup
  • low carb ice cream bar
  • 1.25 cups cottage cheese
 
Today:
  • 2 omega 3 eggs, slightly less than half a cup of egg whites, just over a 1/2 cup of cheese, 1 slice whole wheat HFCS free bread toasted
  • just over half a cup oatmeal, some casein and some whey protein.
  • 1.25 powerade zeros with 3/4 scoop whey during workout
  • 2 scoops whey isolate, 22oz powerade zero, 1 scoop waxy maize
  • stir fried sweet potatoes , corn, red peppers with 6oz ground beef
  • 1.5 cups cottage cheese and 1 low carb ice cream bar
  • 1 cup brown rice, 7oz chicken breast
  • .75 powerade zero with some whey in it (what was left from first lifting session added a bit of water)
  • 1.6666 scoops whey isolate, 2/3 scoop waxy maize
  • mexican food- order of beef nachos, 2 beef enchiladas, 1 cheese enchilada half a chicken enchilada (it was not good) a bit of spanish rice

Prolly gonna eat 1.5 cups cottage cheese here before bed.

No my family is doing subs WTF. We had a company record month and so the owner bought everyone in the company 2 t bones and 2 burgers fro a nearby meat place and now ofcourse they chose not to grill.

Modena, do you plan out your diet or do you just eat?

Both. I go to the store buy my meat for the week and also my post wo meals for the week. Other than that I try to eat plenty of protein and time carbs for breakfast and workouts only. During the day I try to eat lower calorie higher protein stuff. Some days i.e today I just eat.


I'm going to BBQ. Nothing special.

Gotcha. I wish I was grilling it would be good for after my lifting sunday, oh well.

  • 20oz powerade zero 1.5 scoops strawberry whey
  • powo shake 2/2 ratio
  • 2- 6" whole wheat sub buns with 6 slices colby and 6 slices salami, 10 doritos chips, 1 small slice giant cookie cake
  • 2 double whopper plain with a1 put onto 2 bottom buns, smal fry (wanted a burger to celebrate 'mericuh!)
  • low carb ice cream bar, one of my wife's adkins drinks
