Isn’t that part of it tho, you’ve got to have the cardio to do it. When I roll I have some great quick moves I can do against the 20 year olds, I’m also 41. People say I’m creative w jits, but I don’t do it often when rolling bc I’ll gas real quick, so I will choose position and control at times, gimme a 90 second roll and I’ll blow your socks off lol. There’s guys that can do crazy creative stuff but they also have the smarts to conserve and only use it at times, Lando does not, so he looks more flashy.
And btw ik for a fact his coaches tell him to back off that stuff bc it leaves him too open and he does get tired.
