Bike Ride - 14.2 miles

Deadlifts felt good, back didn't hurt, but everything just felt heavy. Bike ride was fun, wife & I rode down the beach to go see some live reggae Sunday afternoon. Got sunburnt a little :(

Shoulder was bothering me today for some reason with bench. Was tough to hit a groove on bench or squats, just felt a little off today. Flying to Nor Cal tomorrow for job interviews. Between that & the house, have a shit ton going on right now. House goes into escrow tomorrow.

1 Hour BJJ

1 hour sparring today, lots of rounds with every belt color. Got tired pretty quick, but was still moving ok. Guard recovery felt decent. All in all it felt great to get back on the mats.

Phone ringing off the hook, had to cut the workout short. Resigned from IBM today. Bittersweet. Start a new job on Monday with a tech startup.
 
If you sell the house will u buy again or ride the rental market for awhile.

We're going to rent for a while & hopefully buy something awesome in a year or so. The market here is pretty good. We are in escrow now for $6500 over asking price. Had 3 offers in 4 days after it went on the market.

Man!! Have had a TON going on. New job, new house. haven't worked out in a month! Felt SO GOOD to get back on the mats today. My jiujitsu game sucks right now, but just glad to put a gi on today.

Been ridiculously busy with new job + new house. Got up at 5am this morning so I could get in the gym. I think this can work, although probably needs to be 4:30 instead of 5. Should was hurting, so did some light close grip bench instead of bench.
