Take into account my natural hip flexion and hip joint construction - even with no weight, I couldn't go lower. For me, rock solid means, no forward lean at the bottom. I hit 160 kgs for 2 reps today - first time ever. I watched this squat vid most recently:

That my joints would be shot without them. Can anyone comment on this?? I never even considered it. I assumed knee wraps were for juicers that pushed their body beyond the limits of what it's meant to do.
