    1215-Taco salad, milk x2, soda, yogurt.

    1400-Poptart x2

    1730-Milk x2, hot coco, yogurt. Shepherd's pie, fried cauliflower.

    This week was not a great workout week, with work, school starting up. Going compensate by doing at least a 40 hour fast. to get me back on track for the upcoming week.

    So the goal is:
    1730 Friday to 1100ish on Sunday.

    41 hours and 40 minutes! Felt really weak in the morning and ate like a fatass the rest of the day.

    1110-Scrambled everything, hashbrown x2, sausage x2, salad. Milk tea, milk, yogurt x2. Lucky charms, chips

    1300-Hershey cookies n cream

    1320-Pepperoni jacks links beef stick

    1400-Ginger ale, jacks link beef stick

    1750-Original macs pork cracklins, ginger ale.
